What is your return policy?
I can accept returns for most items (masks, digital downloads, custom orders and sale items are not eligible for return). Please let me know within three (3) days of delivery if you would like to return an item. Items must be shipped within seven (7) days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping both ways. If the item originally had free shipping, the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Quilts are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be returned in its original condition in order to receive a refund. What if my order is lost in the mail?
While uncommon, items do sometimes get lost (or very delayed) in the mail. I am not able to issue a refund for such items, but I am more than happy to help with filing claims with USPS in order to resolve your issue. If your package is more than a week past it's original delivery date, please reach out and I will gladly help file a USPS claim.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! I am happy to accept custom orders. Please reach out to me and I will help design the perfect item for you. Typically, I will create a custom listing for you with digital proofs within a day or two of our initial conversation. After you purchase the proofs, we will work together to find the best design for you! The time to completion of a custom order varies depending on the item. The cost of the proofs will be applied toward the final cost of your item.
